We are recruiting for a Pensions Data Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in understanding client issues, setting strategies to resolve them, and providing technical guidance to the implementation team. Key responsibilities include conducting technical reviews to ensure the accuracy of data sent to clients and ensuring member entitlements are correctly paid.

The successful candidate should possess excellent technical knowledge of DB pensions, strong Excel skills, and the ability to communicate complex data correction strategies clearly. You will contribute to the technical development of colleagues and oversee multiple client projects, offering a varied and fulfilling career with WTW.

Experience in pension correction and rectification exercises, as well as hands-on experience throughout data project lifecycles, including auditing and due diligence, would be advantageous.

This role can be based in London, Reigate, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Leeds, or Edinburgh, with a hybrid working arrangement.

The Team: WTW’s Project & Data Solutions team provides expertise and flexible resources to deliver solutions for complex requirements and large DB pension schemes. The team has experience in creating and delivering solutions for a wide range of issues and customer bases.

• Bulk data rectification and benefit reconstruction
• Data cleansing and electronic data improvement

We also lead data workstreams for de-risking projects, ensuring data is an enabler rather than a barrier.
