Responsibilities

• Play an active role in managing the team and monitoring performance to ensure high quality client service.

• Oversee delivery of complex pensions projects, including scheme restructuring, risk transfer exercises and ongoing scheme management.
• Collaborate with colleagues across the Pensions Group and wider firm to deliver integrated solutions.
• Drive business development, including leading RFP responses and developing new client opportunities for the PMPS team.
• Engage with trustee boards of large occupational pension schemes and corporate sponsors of UK and international arrangements.
• Coordinate with group life master trusts providers and insurers.
• Engage professional trustees and pensions industry stakeholders.

Collaborating with colleagues across the Pensions Group and wider firm, you will support a diverse client base spanning large-scale pension schemes and group life master trusts, contributing to strategic projects, ongoing scheme management and innovative service delivery.
