1. Take responsibility for completing audit assignments within budget and deadlines.
2. Ensure high-quality work that exceeds client expectations.
3. Support project management and implement efficiency improvements.
4. Lead, coach, and mentor audit teams.
5. Engage with technical discussions and provide solutions.
6. Adhere to deadlines and communicate proactively about potential issues.
7. Identify opportunities for additional services.
8. Manage work in progress and billing.
9. Prepare reports for senior management and boards.
10. Participate in business development activities.

Qualifications and Skills:

1. Qualified ACA, ACCA, ICAS, or equivalent.
2. Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards.
