Fintelligent in Manchester is seeking a Pensions Administrator to join a growing financial services business. This back-office role focuses on pension transfers and onboarding, delivering an outstanding client experience without sales targets.

You will develop specialist knowledge, take ownership of your workload, and join a company investing in its people, with clear progression into senior administration, team leadership, or wider operational roles.

  • Manage pension transfer administration from instruction to completion.
  • Process client onboarding, prepare documentation, obtain electronic signatures, and maintain records.
  • Liaise with pension providers and clients to provide progress updates.
  • Support advisers and the wider client services team while managing your own workload.

This is a back-office, administration-focused position supporting clients through the pensions transfer and onboarding process. Package & Benefits


  • Salary £30,000 per annum

  • Monthly performance bonus circa £200-£300

Key Responsibilities


  • Manage pension transfer administration from initial instruction through to completion.

  • Process client onboarding, prepare documentation, obtain electronic signatures, and maintain accurate records.

  • Liaise with pension providers and clients to provide regular progress updates and ensure cases move forward efficiently.

  • Take ownership of your workload while supporting advisers and the wider client services team.


About You


  • Previous administration or client services experience within a professional office environment.

  • Experience managing documentation, customer records, or case administration.

  • Experience using business systems and maintaining accurate administrative records.
