Hymans Robertson is seeking an Administration Manager to join the Client Services team across Birmingham, Edinburgh or Glasgow. You will lead a portfolio of TPA clients, manage administration teams, build strong client relationships and ensure delivery of high-quality services.
The role combines people leadership, client management and operational oversight to support business objectives and client outcomes, with a focus on regulatory compliance and process improvements.
Our Third Party Administration (TPA) department is a dynamic administration team with a varied portfolio of clients. The team plays a key role in delivering a market-leading service to clients and members across Defined Benefit (DB), Defined Contribution (DC) and CARE pension arrangements. An exciting opportunity is available to join this department as a Administration Manager within the Client Services team in Birmingham, Edinburgh or Glasgow.
We're looking for a people-focused leader to manage a portfolio of TPA clients, ensuring the delivery of high-quality administration services while driving client satisfaction, team performance and commercial success. Working closely with clients, trustees, advisers and internal stakeholders, you'll lead administration teams, build strong client relationships and support the delivery of our business objectives. This is an excellent opportunity to combine people leadership, client management and operational oversight in a role where you'll have a real impact on both client outcomes and team development.
