Job summary

Qualifications

• Educated to 'A' level and degree level or equivalent.
• Demonstrable DB (defined benefit) pensions administration experience within a consultancy environment
• Making good progress towards the APMI qualification
• Excellent communication skills
• Attention to detail with the ability to manage workloads
• The ability to work on your own but also as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Check/review work done by junior team members, including method and arithmetic accuracy.
• Develop awareness of procedures and ensure they are followed.
• Discuss current legislation and flag potential issues to clients.
• Monitor weekly industry updates and regulatory news.
• Take ownership of compliance matters and ensure timely completion.
• Build knowledge of client rules and pension administration processes; flag issues to the client lead.
