Spider is advertising on behalf of a leading independent pension and trustee company looking for a Pension Property Administrator to join their team in Cardiff, Wales on a full-time, permanent basis.
They are a leading independent pension administration and trustee company that prides itself on delivering high-quality solutions for individuals and businesses alike. With a proven track record of 20 years in the industry, this organization values innovation, collaboration, and integrity in every aspect of its operations.
As a Pension Property Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in managing clients' commercial property investments within their pension schemes. Your responsibilities include managing property transactions, leases, rent collections, and administrative tasks tailored to client needs. The role is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
You should have previous experience in commercial property administration, from property management or legal backgrounds. Experience in financial services is essential. A strong understanding of pensions administration and UK regulatory requirements is required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and familiarity with property management systems are important. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment are also necessary.
