Lane Clark & Peacock (LCP) invites a Summer Intern to gain experience balancing technical value-add work with client relationship building for large organisations, including FTSE 100 companies. You will work with data and complex models to influence outcomes for millions of DC pension scheme members.

You’ll participate in shaping retirement strategies, learning how we advise on default investments, investment options, and manager selection, while exploring responsible investing and engaging

Qualificações

• A-Level A grade in Maths or equivalent numerical subject.
• Studying for a Degree and on track for a 2:1
• Strong IT skills including programming languages, coding, financial modelling and data analysis
• Problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills
• Professionalism, timeliness and reliability to meet deadlines to support client needs
• Excellent communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Shape Retirement Futures: advise trustees and employers on DC pension schemes and investment options.
• Responsible investment: learn how we advise on climate risks and opportunities in investment strategies.
• Driving member engagement: advise on communication tactics for better engagement and outcomes.
• Beyond Pensions: support tailored employee financial wellbeing strategies using data analytics.
• Market knowledge: keep abreast of financial market shifts and their impact on client performance.
