Qualifications

A-Level in Maths (A grade) or equivalent numerical subject.
Degree educated (minimum 2:1) or on track to achieve 2:1 in any subject.
Strong IT skills including programming languages, coding, financial modelling and data analysis.
Problem solving, numeracy and analytical skills.
Professionalism – timeliness, reliability and meeting deadlines.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Analyzing data and using in-house software to model pension scheme cashflows.
Drafting client reports, advice letters, and attending meetings.
Advising trustees and employers on DC pension schemes and benefit design.
Helping clients comply with regulatory duties and producing governance documents.
Advising clients on responsible investing and climate risks.
