Job summary

Fox Morris Group Ltd. is seeking a Pension Employer Services Manager in Wiltshire to lead the Employer Services team and oversee the i-Connect system.

You will validate monthly member data from around 180 employers and ensure data integrity across CARE data, salary history and personal details. You will onboard employers, handle data submissions, and drive improvements to the pensions administration processes in line with the strategy.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the management and effective use of the i-Connect employer system (around 190 employers) and related data processing.
• Ensure monthly data submissions are checked, controlled, and accurate for active members.
• Maintain high data integrity for CARE data, salary history, personal details and related background information.
• Onboard and train new employers to use i-Connect and escalate issues as needed.
• Introduce and test new features in i-Connect and integrate them with related pension processes.

Fox Morris Group are working to recruit a Pension Employer Services Manager

The Employer Services Manager manages and leads the Employer Services team.

The Employer Services team is responsible for the effective operation of the Fund's i-Connect system, collecting in validating and processing monthly data for all active members (around c23,500) from around 180 different employers.

In general, the Employer Services team has overall responsibility for maintaining accurate active member data on Altair.

The team also processes tasks related to this system, including deferrals, refunds and aggregations, supports employers with queries on their data submissions, escalates data issues and leads on the maintenance of the general data integrity on the pensions administration system.

Experience

• To oversee the management and the effective use of the i-Connect employer system and manage the effective employer relations related to the system's use with all employers (around 190 over time). In particular:
• Ensure the Employer Services team have appropriate checks and controls in place and these are applied each month when each employer submits their return;
• The i-Connect system effectively links up with the associated benefits processes;
• The Employer Services team performs all related data processes effectively and line with legislation (for example: new starter set ups, change of personal details, refunds of contributions, production of deferred benefits and aggregation of benefits), seeking the support of the Member Services Manager and Technical and Compliance Manager as necessary;
• High quality data integrity is maintained at all times for all aspects of active membership data including but not limited to: CARE data (including correct revaluation), FTE salary history, personal data (name, address) and all other supporting and background necessary to maintain accurate information;
• All new employers are onboarded and trained to use i-Connect; and
• Processes are in place to elevate any issues in line with the details of the Pensions Administration Strategy.
• New features to i-Connect are tested and embedded and introduced to the team as appropriate.
