The client:

Our client is seeking an experienced pensions lawyer to join their legal team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advising on de-risking strategies, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting complex transactions within the pensions sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of pensions law, focusing on complex de-risking projects from inception to completion.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents; providing strategic legal advice on regulatory matters.
• Collaborating with internal stakeholders, conducting legal research, and staying updated with changes in pensions law and regulation.
• Delivering training and presentations to internal teams on legislative updates.

Qualifications:

• Qualified lawyer with 5+ years of PQE in pensions law, preferably with a focus on de-risking.
• Strong knowledge of pensions law, regulations, recent developments, and best practices.
