You’ll join our Member Services team in a busy contact-centre environment, learning quickly, adapting to varying enquiries and providing a positive experience for members.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming calls across seven service lines.
• Support members with general helpline and pension-related enquiries.
• Listen to understand member needs and provide accurate information.
• Update member details and maintain accurate records.
• Complete administrative tasks arising from enquiries.
• Move confidently between call types and tasks.
• Follow processes and escalate complex enquiries when needed.
• Collaborate with colleagues to manage demand and service levels.
