Working Hours:

Straight shifts up to 48 hours a week

What you will do:

Work under the direction of the Head of Pastry Production Chef, & all Pastry Sous Chefs. Support the Pastry team with production tasks, including chocolate cutting, packaging & pressing crackers Work well within the Pastry team and effectively manage time and tasks

What are we looking for?

Experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment desirable A good knowledge of Pastry, and ability to work on own initiative
