What you can expect

1. Work following agile practices with multiple teams and stakeholders, solving problems for clients and internal projects.
2. Participate in whiteboarding sessions and asynchronous communication via Teams.
3. Work independently or as part of larger teams.
4. Deliver high-quality security assessments within deadlines.
5. Produce clear written and verbal reports for clients.
6. Share knowledge with the penetration testing team.
7. Collaborate across PA Consulting, providing technical expertise.
8. Be self-motivated and client-oriented, aiming to exceed expectations.
9. Hybrid working with a minimum of two days per week on site, up to 5 days depending on role.

• Hold industry-recognized certifications such as CTM/CSTM, CTL/CSTL, OSCP, or CREST/CyberScheme.
• Have SME knowledge in penetration testing fields like mobile, Cloud, OT, or specific industries such as telecoms, defence, or maritime.
• Interested in contributing to internal training, infrastructure, or engagement planning.
• Interested in delivering CREST accredited ethical hacking training.
• Enjoy problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Enjoy collaborating in fast-paced environments.

Additional Information

Interview stages may vary based on role requirements:

• A quick call with a Tech Recruiter.
• First round: competency or technical interview (60 mins).
• Second round: the other type of interview (60 mins).
• Final round: meeting with a PA leader, including a mini case study and discussion on client-centricity (60 mins).
