Job summary

TSR Legal is expanding its residential conveyancing team in Penarth and seeks an Associate-level solicitor or licensed conveyancer to join the new office.

You will manage your own caseload from instruction to completion, keeping clients updated on progress, costs and issues, and ensuring service standards.

You will also support business development and contribute to the growth of the department and firm.

Qualifications

• At least three years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
• Qualified as Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or equivalent Conveyancer.
• Experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently.
• Strong communication and organisational skills with a client-focused approach.
• Proactive approach to business development and building professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Provide clients with regular updates on progress and costs.
• Maintain high standards of client care and service delivery.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and professional contacts.
• Support business development to generate new instructions.
• Identify opportunities to develop workload and strengthen firm reputation.
• Contribute to the development and success of the conveyancing department.
