Job summary

TSR Legal is launching a brand-new Abercynon office and seeks an experienced Residential Conveyancer to lead the department. You will manage your own conveyancing caseload, act as the lead contact for the new office, and drive growth and processes with autonomy.

With 5+ years PQE in residential property, you will shape the department, build relationships locally, and mentor staff as the office expands. This is a direct pathway to leadership in a high-street firm.

Qualifications

• 5+ years PQE in residential conveyancing.
• Strong technical knowledge across residential property matters.
• Proven experience managing own caseload with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership.
• Strong client-facing and business development skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction to completion.
• Act as lead point of contact for the Abercynon office.
• Develop and grow the residential conveyancing offering within the new office.
• Build strong relationships with clients, introducers and local contacts.
• Support recruitment and development of the team as the office grows.
• Help establish efficient processes and workflows in the new office.
• Maintain high standards of client care, compliance and file management.
• Work closely with the wider firm and existing teams.
• Identify opportunities to grow the department and generate new business.
• Take genuine ownership of the success and development of the office.
