Job summary

Cyber Security training courses is seeking a Pega Certified Business Analyst (PCBA) to bridge business stakeholders and delivery teams in secure environments. You will capture, analyse, and translate requirements into scalable Pega solutions, facilitate workshops, and support Agile delivery within regulatory contexts.

In this role you will drive user stories, process maps, and acceptance criteria, ensuring alignment with security and governance.

Qualifications

• CPBA or Pega BPA certification is required or currently held.
• Proven experience delivering Pega solutions within Agile environments.
• Strong knowledge of BPM, Case Management, Workflow Automation, Requirements Gathering and Process Modelling.
• Experience in security-cleared, government, defence, or highly regulated environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience producing user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and business requirements documentation.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Current SC Clearance is preferred.

Responsibilities

Your new role

• Awareness of data governance, information assurance, and cyber security principles.

Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance preferred.
