Job summary

Qualient Technology Solutions UK Limited is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to lead backlog grooming with Serco and Akkodis and ensure alignment of requirements for major programme milestones. Qualifications

• 12+ years of Business Analysis experience in Agile environments.
• 9+ years of Pega Business Analysis experience.
• User Story Development & Acceptance Criteria.
• Requirements Traceability.
• Experience working on large-scale public sector transformation programmes.
• Strong understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Proven ability to drive requirements quality and delivery readiness across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead backlog grooming activities with Serco and Akkodis to confirm in-scope requirements for programme delivery milestones.
• Conduct candidate and customer journey reviews, identifying cross-team process gaps and assigning ownership for resolution.
• Define and implement story quality standards, acceptance criteria frameworks, and business analysis best practices across delivery squads.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and development teams to ensure requirements alignment.
• Support delivery planning by assessing scope feasibility and classifying items as achievable, at-risk, or non-deliverable against current delivery velocity.
• Facilitate workshops with multiple suppliers and stakeholder groups to drive consensus and decision-making.
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability and compliance with regulatory standards.
