Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a part-time Bucks Peer Support Coordinator to recruit, train and embed Peer Support Workers across Buckinghamshire. The role involves collaboration with managers to expand the lived experience workforce and promote the recovery model within Trust teams.

The post is 26.5 hours per week, fixed term for 13 months, with potential secondment; DBS checks are required during onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Peer Support Foundation training
• Lead on recruitment to vacant Peer Support Worker posts
• Support PSWs and teams to induct and embed new staff
• Embed the PSW role across inpatient, community adult, CAMHS, and older adult services, including DBS onboarding
