Job summary

Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust seeks a part-time Peer Support Worker (PSW) for the Buckinghamshire IPS. You will use lived experience to support service users, deliver employment-focused workshops, and help shape service development with feedback and ideas.

The role requires compassionate individuals who can work in a team, communicate effectively, and complete the national recognised Care Certificate training. A full driving licence and access to a vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Compassionate, able to work well in a team, highly motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Training provided for the role, including the national recognised care certificate.
• Must have a full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one peer support sessions with service users.
• Deliver employment-focused workshops to support co-production and service development through feedback.
• Build and maintain relationships with service users and potential employers to support employment goals.
