The Subath University of Bath is seeking a proactive administrator to support the Peer Support Team. You will help plan and deliver schemes, manage communications, and provide essential office support in a busy student environment.

CW3 £15.30 per hour (including holiday pay)

We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised, and motivated student to support the delivery of schemes with the Peer Support Team, and provide vital administrative support. This is a varied role that offers the opportunity to gain experience in administration, event support, communications, and student engagement, while also being rewarding.

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic about Peer Support and keen to learn more about how our schemes are planned, organised, and delivered. You'll have strong written and verbal communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and be comfortable using Excel and databases. You will be proactive, well organised, and confident in carrying out administrative tasks, with the ability to manage your time effectively, prioritise competing demands, and meet deadlines.
Experience as a Peer Mentor, Academic PAL Leader, or involvement in other peer-led programmes at the University of Bath would be beneficial, but we welcome applications from students who are eager to learn and develop in the role.
Full training will be provided to help you develop the knowledge and skills required to succeed in the role
The Peer Support Team are looking to employ a one administrator to help cover the office, for up to 5 hours during the working week. Shifts will be regular but can be flexible around your schedule. This role includes an expectation of availability on campus during holiday periods, including the Summer Holiday.
This role will mostly be based in The Peer Support Office, which is in the SU building, 1 East (Claverton Down Campus).
