Job summary

Adferiad Recovery in Flintshire is seeking a dedicated practitioner to provide support and guidance to participants registered on the project. You will develop action plans and deliver one-to-one support and group activities to aid recovery, working with the team to achieve project targets.

• Work alongside the team structure to deliver services and outcomes for the scheme.
• Achieve project targets and outcomes set by Welsh Government.
• Support the team leader and referral agents in raising awareness of the service.
• Work in partnership with other practitioners to deliver interventions and support for mental health and/or substance misuse.
• Provide support and supervision to volunteers.
