Hope House Children's Hospices in Conwy invites a qualified nurse to join our compassionate team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will deliver high-quality care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions, working across day and night shifts in a supportive environment.

You will have at least 1 year of nursing experience, a passion for palliative care, and participate in a comprehensive training programme to develop your clinical skills and build meaningful relationships with

Qualifications

• Qualified nurse with at least 1 year of experience in palliative care.
• Strong communication skills and compassion.
• Willingness to engage in comprehensive training to develop clinical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to children and young people with life-limiting conditions and their families.
• Deliver high standards of care and act as a positive role model.
• Support families and maintain child-centered care within the hospice setting.
