Job summary

Pulse Healthcare seeks a Paediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Surrey-based clinical team. You will conduct assessments, deliver tailored interventions for children and young people with complex needs, and work with educational and residential staff to embed therapeutic strategies.

You will provide guidance, training, and supervision to staff, helping create clinically informed environments that promote positive outcomes for young people.

Qualifications

• Qualified Occupational Therapist registered with the HCPC.
• Experience delivering therapeutic interventions for children and young people with complex needs.
• Ability to lead, guide, and train staff teams.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical assessments and deliver tailored interventions.
• Work collaboratively with educational and residential teams to embed therapeutic strategies.
