Job summary

North East London NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Healthcare Support Worker to join the team at the Axe Street Child & Family Centre. This full-time, permanent role offers 37.5 hours per week with a Band 3 salary (£25,760–£27,476).

You will support children and young people with Special Educational Needs across Paediatrics, CLA and CAMHS, working closely with multidisciplinary teams. You will undertake measurements, record data in EPR and BCYP records, and communicate findings promptly to

Responsibilities

• Support children and young people across Paediatrics, CLA and CAMHS.
• Undertake measurements (weight, height, head circumference, blood pressure) and record data in EPR and BCYP records.
• Record data accurately in BCYP records and EPR where appropriate.
• Communicate findings to the relevant clinician promptly to support decision-making.
