Responsibilities

• Deliver patient centred nursing care to a defined caseload in the ED.
• Independently assess, plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Coordinate clinical areas and resolve issues within the unit.
• Set and maintain standards of practice with the nursing team.
• Document and communicate care details to the multi-disciplinary team.
• Mentor and educate pre‑registration and junior staff.
