Job summary

Superior Healthcare is seeking compassionate Children's Complex Care Assistants to support two clients in the Brighton and Lewes areas from Preston, Lancashire-based teams. You will deliver one-to-one care at home, with overnight support for a 13-year-old in Hove and daytime care for a 1-year-old in Lewes, accommodating complex clinical needs and enabling safe daily living.

The role includes ventilator care, PEG feeding, suctioning, oxygen therapy, moving and handling, and medication

Qualifications

• Experience within healthcare, support work or complex care settings.
• Caring, compassionate and reliable approach.
• UK-based applicants only (no visa sponsorship).
• Female carers preferred per client preference.
• Drivers welcome but not essential depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Ventilator care and monitoring.
• PEG feeding.
• Oral and nasal suctioning.
• Oxygen and nebuliser administration.
• Moving and handling.
• Medication administration.
• Personal care and daily living support.
• Clinical monitoring and recording.
• Provide reassurance and emotional support to children and families.
