Job summary

Accordion Partners is seeking a senior Transformation professional to lead finance transformation engagements for PE-backed portfolio companies from our London office, with the flexibility to work remotely 1–2 days per week. You will drive profitability improvements, design operating models, and oversee cross-functional finance initiatives across O2C, P2P, and FP&A.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in finance advisory or corporate finance, with MBA a plus, and strong Excel/PowerPoint and client

Qualifications

12+ years in a client-serving role at a top-tier firm or equivalent senior industry experience.
Strong track record managing multiple projects and client dynamics concurrently.
Bachelor’s in Accounting/Finance; MBA is a plus.
Deep knowledge of strategic finance and CFO-focused finance processes.
Subject matter expert in order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report and FP&A.

Responsibilities

Lead finance transformation engagements for private equity portfolio companies.
Design operating models, roadmaps, and process improvements across FP&A, O2C, P2P, and R2R.
Manage multiple client engagements, set expectations, and deliver results.
Travel across Europe to work with clients in relevant jurisdictions.
Contribute to business development and internal initiatives.
