Job description

A welcoming Secondary Academy in North London is looking for a qualified PE teacher to join their school in September 2025 on a full-time basis for the rest of the academic year.

The role

In this role, you will be teaching PE to female students across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4. All pupils undertake weekly PE lessons involving indoor and outdoor sports and fitness activities. The school adopts a holistic approach to PE to enhance students' health and wellbeing, encouraging physical competence and promoting a lifelong healthy approach to fitness.

Requirements

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent overseas teaching qualification. ECTs are welcome to apply.
• Experience teaching female PE at secondary level.

• Plan and prepare engaging learning experiences tailored to individual needs.
