Aspire People is currently recruiting on behalf of an inclusive and high-achieving secondary school in in East London for a dynamic and committed PE Teacher to join their team from September. This full-time role is perfect for both experienced teachers and ECTs eager to thrive in a supportive and energetic school community.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plan and deliver engaging and high-quality Physical Education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Promote a healthy, active lifestyle and a positive attitude toward physical fitness and teamwork
* Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback in line with school policies
* Differentiate lessons to support students of all abilities, including those with SEN or EAL
* Contribute to the development and enrichment of the PE curriculum and departmental resources
* Organise and lead extracurricular sports clubs, fixtures, and school sporting events
* Foster a respectful and disciplined learning environment in line with behaviour expectations
* Engage in ongoing professional development and collaborate effectively with the wider staff team

Requirements:

**Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Strong knowledge of the PE curriculum and a passion for physical education and student wellbeing
* Excellent interpersonal, organisational, and classroom management skills
* A proactive and inclusive teaching style that motivates and inspires all learners
* A commitment to safeguarding and the holistic development of young people
