• Oversee staffing and productivity for the Private Equity M&A practice group.
• Monitor workflow and utilisation across the team and provide partners with clear information and analysis on capacity.
• Lead associate and paralegal evaluation processes and contribute to performance reviews and development opportunities.
• Develop training programmes, onboard new hires, assist with lateral recruitment and workforce planning, and support business development initiatives.
