Job summary

TeacherActive Limited is seeking a PE Instructor to work in a Stanley secondary school. The role is temporary on a day-to-day basis, delivering pre-planned PE sessions and supporting pupils across the secondary age range.

You will need to manage groups effectively, follow school policies and foster a positive, safe environment for physical activity while bringing enthusiasm and adaptability to every session.

Qualifications

• Relevant sports, coaching or PE qualification.
• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils or young people.
• Experience delivering sports or physical education sessions.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• An enthusiastic and adaptable approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-planned PE sessions and support pupils across the secondary age range.
• Manage groups effectively and follow school policies.
• Create a positive and safe environment for pupils during PE sessions.
• Assist the PE department as required on a day-to-day basis.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a secondary school in Stanley who are looking for a PE Instructor to support their PE department. The school is seeking a confident and enthusiastic individual who can engage pupils and encourage positive participation in physical activity.

The school is looking to take on a PE Instructor on a day-to-day basis, delivering pre-planned PE sessions and supporting pupils across the secondary age range as required. The successful PE Instructor will be expected to manage groups effectively, follow school policies and create a positive and safe environment for pupils.

The successful PE Instructor will have:

• Relevant sports, coaching or PE qualification
• Experience working with secondary-aged pupils or young people
• Experience delivering sports or physical education sessions
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• An enthusiastic and adaptable approach
