Job summary

Trinity House Group, a private equity backed business in the Midlands, is recruiting a Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance function and drive the next growth phase. You’ll report to the CEO, sit on the Board and act as the principal finance contact for shareholders and lenders.

You’ll oversee debt management, refinancing and cash optimisation, own shareholder and board reporting, and bring commercial rigour to contracts and cost control.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with PE environment experience.
• Experience working with external shareholders, debt and refinancing.
• Hands-on leader able to operate between board level and operational detail.
• Strong commercial and operational mindset with change-driving ability.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financing agenda, including debt management and refinancing.
• Build cash visibility and optimise working capital.
• Own shareholder and board reporting with investors over time.
• Bring commercial rigour to contracts and growth opportunities.
• Improve cost visibility and control across maintenance and procurement.
• Shape the finance team through an ERP implementation and process changes.
• Partner the CEO and leadership team, guiding change collaboratively.
