Job summary

Allscreens Nationwide Ltd in Dover is hiring a PDI Technician for an award-winning, family-run vehicle preparation centre. This entry-level role focuses on attention to detail, a professional attitude and learning on the job.

You’ll complete pre-delivery inspections, check tyres, lights, fluids and sun visors, flag issues clearly, and support vehicle preparation to ensure quality before sale. Training is provided and there is a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• No formal qualifications required for this entry-level role.
• Previous experience in a similar preparation role is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) using structured vehicle checklists.
• Check key vehicle items to a retail-ready standard (tyres, lights, wipers, fluids, sun visors).
• Identify and clearly flag any issues or faults for rectification.
• Support vehicle preparation work to ensure consistent quality before vehicles go on sale.
• Develop over time to assist with diagnostic and servicing support tasks as needed.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of an award-winning, family-run vehicle preparation centre in Dover for a PDI Technician. This is a structured, entry-level role for individuals with strong attention to detail and a professional attitude.

• Monday to Friday working hours: 07:30 to 16:30

Duties of a PDI Technician:

• Complete pre-delivery inspections (PDI) using structured vehicle checklists
