Swansea University invites applications for a Level 3-qualified rugby coach to lead the Player Development Centre in West Wales. You will develop programmes for 14-24-year-olds, coach PDG, oversee TDG and manage satellite training centres, driving elite female rugby in Wales.

The role requires flexible hours including evenings and weekends, with travel across West Wales. Join a high-performance team at Swansea University Sports Park and contribute to a transformational player development

Qualifications

• Level 3 coaching qualification in rugby and relevant coaching experience.
• Experience leading player development programmes (PDG/TDG) or similar.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends and travel.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage PDC West programmes for players aged 14-24.
• Coach PDG (over 18s) and oversee TDG (16-18) with satellite centres.
• Engage with West Wales stakeholders to support the WRU development objectives.
• Align coaching philosophy with equality, diversity & Welsh language commitments.
