Zusammenfassung

Cardiff Met Sport is seeking a Player Development Centre Coach to deliver a high-quality development environment for Wales’ next generation of female rugby players in East Wales. You’ll support delivery of the PDP and TDG programmes, guiding players aged 18-23 toward elite club and international opportunities.

You’ll bring Level 2 rugby coaching (or working towards Level 3), exceptional rugby knowledge, and a track record of developing talent.

Qualifikationen

• Exceptional technical knowledge of rugby coaching.
• Proven track record of developing and transitioning talented rugby players.
• Strong ability to build networks and working relationships to achieve shared goals.

Aufgaben

• Lead activity within the Player Development Phase (ages 18–23) and PDG.
• Support the PDC Lead in delivering the TDG programme plan for up to 25 players annually.
• Design progressive coaching, training and competition opportunities aligned to individual plans.
• Assist with on-field coaching delivery using a holistic player development approach.
• Facilitate partnerships with WRU, clubs (including Celtic Challenge), universities and schools.
