Via Mobility is seeking qualified PCV/D1 drivers to operate local fixed-route services in Wiltshire. Join a professional passenger-transport team that connects communities across the Wiltshire area.

After registering interest, a staffing partner will explain available assignments, pay, hours, and terms. Responsibilities include driving safely, following timetables, performing pre/post-vehicle checks, and assisting passengers, including those with reduced mobility.

Qualifications

• Full UK Category D or D1 entitlement for hire or reward.
• Current Driver CPC certificate.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Safe driving record.
• Good English (B2 level or higher).
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Drive passengers safely, reliably and punctually.
• Operate scheduled fixed routes and follow timetables.
• Complete vehicle checks before and after each duty.
• Offer friendly, professional service to passengers.
• Assist passengers with reduced mobility, including wheelchairs.
• Report safety or operational issues promptly.
• Keep the vehicle safe and presentable.

Requirements

• Full UK Category D or D1 vocational entitlement permitting professional driving for hire or reward
• Current Driver Certificate of Professional Competence
• Right to work in the UK
• Safe and responsible driving record
• Strong driving skills and a calm, responsible driving stylel
• Friendly, courteous and professional manner
• Good English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable following scheduled routes and timetables
• Previous bus, minibus, community-transport or other professional passenger-driving experience is desirable
