Job summary

IntSol Recruitment is seeking an experienced PCV Bus Driver for an immediate opportunity with a South Devon bus operator. The assignment runs for 34 weeks with potential for longer-term/permanent work for the right candidate.

You can choose to work 4 or 5 days per week with a minimum 10-hour duty each day. Pay rates start at £17.50 per hour (PAYE) or £23.24 Umbrella, with weekly pay and an immediate start.

Qualifications

• Full UK PCV Category D Licence
• Valid Driver CPC
• Minimum 2 years' bus driving experience
• No more than 6 points on your driving licence
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Reliable and professional
• Able to commute to the South Devon area

Responsibilities

• Safely operate PCV buses on scheduled services
• Follow designated routes and timetables
• Complete required vehicle safety checks
• Provide excellent customer service to passengers
• Follow road traffic laws and company procedures
• Report any vehicle defects, incidents or safety concerns
• Maintain a professional standard of driving at all times

The initial assignment is expected to run for 34 weeks, with the potential for ongoing work and a permanent opportunity for the right driver.

Drivers can choose to work 4 or 5 days per week, with a minimum 10-hour duty each working day.

Pay Rates

• PAYE: £17.50 per hour
• PAYE Including Holiday Pay: £19.61 per hour
• Umbrella Assignment Rate: £23.24 per hour

• Earliest start: 06:25
• Latest finish: 19:50
• No Sunday services
• Immediate start available
