Job summary

Arriva Cymru Limited is hiring PCV Bus Drivers to connect communities around Chester. You will drive scheduled routes, ensure safety and customer service, and work within rotating shifts from early mornings to evenings.

Qualifications

• Requires valid PCV Licence.

Location: Chester Depot
Pay Rate: £13.45 per hour (increasing to £15:80 per hour after approximately 3 weeks training)

As a Bus Driver, you’ll build relationships with familiar faces, brighten someone’s day, and provide excellent service while working alongside a supportive and passionate team. What We Offer

Competitive Pay:

Monday to Saturday: £13.45/hr (rising to £15.80 after approximately 3 weeks)
Sunday: £22.00/hr
Bank Holidays: £22.50/hr
Overtime: Flat rate

Hours of Work

• 5 out of 7 rotating shift patterns, planned up to 6-8 weeks in advance
• Mornings starting from 04:00, Afternoons starting from 12:00, Evenings from 18:00
• Overtime available based on request/availability
• We cannot offer fixed early, afternoon, or evening shifts separately

What We Need From You

• MUST have a valid PCV Licence – This is a non-negotiable requirement
• At least 12 months of driving experience
