Job summary

The Methodist Church in Britain is seeking a PCN Manager for North East Derbyshire Primary Care Network, a coalition of four GP practices serving about 40,000 patients. You’ll build strong relationships with member practices, partners and wider stakeholders to shape collaborative service delivery in line with NHS Neighbourhood strategy

This PCN Manager post sits with North East Derbyshire Primary Care Network, a group of four GP practices serving just over 40,000 patients in North East Derbyshire. The job centres on operational and business improvement work, providing strategic leadership and transformation support across the network and managing its resources, including finance. The role is outward-facing, relying on relationships with member practices, partners and wider stakeholders to shape collaborative service delivery in line with the NHS Neighbourhood strategy. Accountability extends to the development and wellbeing of the network's employed workforce.
