The post holder will be responsible for encouraging the development of better understanding of the principles of medicines optimisation throughout the practice teams and promoting good practice in line with therapeutic developments.
This will involve assisting PCN in achieving national requirements, NICE implementation and utilisation of medicines optimisation initiatives.

The post holder will be supporting the following general practice organisations in and around Dereham:
Elmham Surgery
Mattishall & Lenwade Surgeries
Orchard Surgery
Theatre Royal Surgery
The PCN has worked closely together as a collaborative group for several years. We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive pharmacy technician to join our supportive multi-disciplinary team to improve the quality of general practice within the Network by improving the patient experience, maximising safety, and contributing to resilience.

The post holder will work within their clinical competencies aspart of a multi-disciplinary team to improve the quality and safety of careoffered to patients of Mid Norfolk Primary Care Network.
