Responsibilities

• Assess, triage, and treat patients with minor illness or injury.
• Triages symptoms to support same-day treatment and refer to other services when needed.
• Educate patients to promote self-care and informed decisions about treatment.
• Support PCN to develop, transform, and improve local services.
• Participate in MDT meetings to optimize care and resource use.
• Mentor and supervise colleagues and partner organisations.
