Job summary

Chelsea and Westminster Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Paramedic to deliver advanced clinical assessment and treatment across PCN home visits and clinic settings. You will work with GPs and the wider team to support urgent and routine care.

The role requires HCPC registration, ALS, and Level 7 qualification, with a focus on autonomous practice and high-quality patient care within the UK healthcare framework.

Qualifications

• Essential HCPC registration as a Paramedic with ALS qualification.
• PostgraduateLevel qualification or equivalent clinical experience.
• Ability to work autonomously within scope of practice and follow policies.
• Experience in primary care, home visiting or community settings is desirable.
• Good knowledge of UK healthcare regulations and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced clinical assessment, treatment and home visiting care.
• Collaborate with GPs and MDTs to manage urgent and routine care.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and ensure data protection compliance.
• Contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives.
• Demonstrate effective communication with patients, families and colleagues.
