Job summary

Norfolk and Waveney Mind in South Norfolk Poringland is seeking a PCN Recovery Worker to support people aged 14+ with mental health needs across GP surgeries and community venues. The role includes working with Primary Care Networks to reduce GP re-presentations and to signpost to Hub-based and Wellbeing services, building community resilience.

A valid driver’s license and access to a vehicle are essential, with mileage reimbursed at 55p per mile; starting salary £25,390 rising to £26,206 after

Responsibilities

• Work with partners to help clients access appropriate mental health support.

• Seek ways to improve services for clients and families.
• Provide support to PCN partners.
