Job summary

Redline Group Ltd is seeking an experienced PCB Inspector to join a Bedfordshire based production team. You will perform visual inspection of PCB assemblies, ensuring adherence to IPC and customer quality standards, and verify workmanship and solder quality.

You will review engineering drawings and inspection documentation, record findings accurately, and support quality improvement initiatives to ensure products meet required standards before release to production.

Responsibilities

• Carry out visual inspection of PCB assemblies to IPC and customer quality standards.
• Inspect both SMT and through-hole boards for defects and non-conformances.
• Verify workmanship, component placement and solder quality.
• Review engineering drawings, work instructions and inspection documentation.
• Accurately record inspection findings and support quality improvement initiatives.
• Ensure products meet required standards before release to the next stage of production.
