Job summary

Next Generation is recruiting an Assembly Operative for a well-established manufacturing business in Tewkesbury. The role involves carrying out production and assembly operations for PCB manufacturing and ensuring adherence to work instructions and quality standards.

This permanent night-shift position requires 3–5 years of experience, good manual dexterity, and the ability to operate production equipment safely.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as an Assembly Operative.
• Experience operating production/manufacturing equipment.
• Good manual dexterity and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Carry out PCB assembly and manufacturing operations per work instructions.
• Operate production machinery safely and in line with procedures.
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of in-process and finished PCB products.
• Maintain production records and traceability documentation.
• Keep a clean and safe working environment following 5S principles.
• Support new product trials, training, and validation activities.
