Job summary

Meritus is recruiting for a PCB Assembly Operator to work on CCA for a major sovereign defence business at our Bolton site. You must have existing experience soldering PCBs and be able to follow strict assembly procedures.

The role is Inside IR35, paying £25.38 per hour (rising to £26.70 after 12 weeks) on a 12-month contract, with a single-stage interview process.

Qualifications

• Plastics experience is required.
• Fine motor skills and dexterity for small components.
• Ability to read and interpret layouts and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Carry out detailed standard assembly/manufacturing activities to procedures, quality standards, safety requirements and timescales.
• Contribute to efficient movement of work and information in the manufacturing area.
• Adhere to agreed standards and behaviours; comply with health and safety requirements.
• IPC 610 certified/trained preferred.

PCB ASSEMBLY OPERATOR - INSIDE IR35 - £25.38 PER HOUR (RISING TO £26.70 PER HOUR AFTER 12 WEEKS) - BOLTON - BPSS - 12 MONTHS - SINGLE STAGE INTERVIEW PROCESS

• Carry out detailed standard assembly / manufacturing activities, undertaking all work to requisite procedures, quality standards, safety requirements and timescales.
• Contribute to the efficient movement of work and information in the manufacturing area.
• Adhere in all activities to agreed standards and behaviours.
• Comply with all health and safety requirements.
• IPC 610 certified / trained preferred.
