Job summary

Holt Engineering, based in Fareham, is seeking an Assembler to support the production team with PCB assembly, soldering and conformal coating. You will work from technical drawings and handle hand tools to assemble small connectors onto PCBs.

The role offers an early finish on Fridays, free parking, and a friendly work environment, with hours Monday to Thursday 7:30–16:30 and Fridays finishing at 12:30. Pay is £12.71 per hour.

Qualifications

• Previous PCB assembly experience within a electronics company (shortlisted)
• Work from technical drawings
• Have good attention to detail and be able to work to tight deadlines
• Soldering small connectors to PCBs

Responsibilities

• Support production team with the assembly workflow.
• Carry out PCB assembly tasks and related quality checks.
• Use hand tools and follow technical drawings to assemble components.
