Mane Contract Services is seeking a skilled PCB Assembler for an on-site role in the United Kingdom. The position focuses on electro-mechanical assembly of electronic products, with emphasis on accurate wiring, soldering and terminations in line with IPC standards.

Ideal candidates will read and follow engineering drawings and work instructions, maintain high-quality workmanship, and work safely with both hand and powered tooling in a production setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing.
• Practical experience with soldering, wiring, crimping and termination.
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions.

We are looking for an experienced PCB Assembler with a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly and electronics manufacturing.

• Carry out electro-mechanical assembly of electronic products and components.
• Use a range of hand tools and powered electronic tools safely and effectively.
• Perform soldering, wiring, crimping and cable termination to a high standard.
• Work in accordance with IPC Standards or equivalent industry standards.
• Read, interpret and work accurately from engineering assembly drawings, schematics and work instructions.
• Ensure all assembly work meets required quality and workmanship standards.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in a PCB assembly or electronics manufacturing environment.
• Practical experience with soldering, wiring, crimping and termination.
• Competent use of a variety of hand and power tools.
• Experience working to IPC Standards or equivalent.
• Ability to accurately read and understand engineering drawings and assembly instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
