Job summary

Voyage Care is seeking a Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) Practice Leader at our Tharston site. In this hands-on role, you will work with managers, Behavioural Support Practitioners and frontline teams to embed PBS, trauma-informed and person-centred practice.

You’ll coach colleagues, support PBS plans and help teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support that improves outcomes for the people we support. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys being visible in services and making

Qualifications

• Experience supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and/or mental health needs.
• Good understanding of Positive Behaviour Support.
• Confidence in coaching and supporting others in practice.
• Strong communication skills and a values-led approach.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example by coaching colleagues and frontline teams.
• Support PBS plans and embedding trauma-informed, person-centred practice.
• Help teams deliver thoughtful, consistent support to improve everyday outcomes for the people we support.
